59 year old FM presented to us with Pseudophakic Bullous Keratopathy ( Due to PCIOL in Anterior Chamber ) & Best Corrected Visual Acuity –Hand Movements – Close to face .

We carried out SFIOL implantation by Modified Yamane Technique , single pass four throw pupilloplasty & Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty .
