The scleral tunnel which is created in an eye for MSICS surgery is the key step in deciding how a surgery will go about. Literature also shows that there are no such technique of tunnel practice is being touched upon in the past. Our Opd papers which are of daily used in our hospital had the thickness which nearly resembles the scleral thickness. With the help of the tracer we were able to get our target structural base required for the tunnel practice. we designed a holder cum stand model in CAD software and calibrated it in correspondence to sclerocorneal junction. After 3D printing it we fixed our precut tracer marked, sheet of paper over it to practice. So we have finally innovated a low cost effective technique for the tunnel practice by locally available material. PASS can be used for practicing different surgical steps like scleral tunnel, trabaculectomy scleral flaps, scleral tear suturing.etc and can also be used inside the OT.
