Abstract
Manual small incision cataract surgery (MSICS) is being extensively practiced in India for decades. Over the years, it has also evolved from an 8-10 mm standard incision to customized incision based on pre-existing corneal astigmatism. So, in other words, its manual cataract refractive surgery for all types of cataracts through all types of pupils, this video would cover the evolution of the manual small incision cataract surgery.
