Abstract
METHODOLOGY: The case reports of patients diagnosed as pseudoexfoliation syndrome and pseudoexfoliatory glaucoma were retrieved from October 2019 – March 2020.History, Visual acuity, slit lamp examination, IOP, gonioscopy and fundus examination findings were noted.
RESULTS: 25 cases of pseudoexfoliation ( 47 eyes, 2 pthysical,1bullous keratopathy) were studied. 14 eyes had PXF syndrome (29.78%) and 22 eyes had PXF glaucoma( 46.80%). Of these, 32% cases were females and 68% were males. The average age of presentation was between 60-65 years. 28% of cases had a history of DM and 36% cases had a history of SHT. Of the 47 eyes, 2 eyes (4.25%) showed closed angles and the remaining 45 eyes (93.75%) showed open angles on gonioscopy.Cup-Disc ratio was >0.4 in 15eyes.
