Abstract
2 days later she developed AACA in BE, IOP>40mmHg &vision CFCF and corneal haze. With Mannitol & additional topical medications IOP became 8mm of Hg and vision 6/6p in BE. Planned for PI on a later date with acceptable platelets.
The pathogenesis of ocular complications in dengue is not fully understood thus dilemma in management. Literature suggested ciliary effusion with pushing of lens iris diaphragm forward. UBM will be helpful in diagnosis. Then cycloplegics instead of pilocar will be the treatment.
