Abstract
Materials and Methods:To report a rare case of SCC of 63 years old male who presented with complaint of mass on left upper lid since 10 days which was of size 2cm with regular margins, soft consistency and extending beyond tarsus. H\O RTA 20 years back with phthisical left eye. Histopathological reports were suggestive of sebaceous cell carcinoma. Wide local excision with 4mm tumour free margin and lid reconstruction was done followed by radiation therapy.CONCLUSION- Delayed diagnosis coupled with the inherent aggressive behaviour of the tumor, results in high incidence of recurrence, metastasis and untimely death.Therefore early diagnosis and treatment is a life-saving issue
