Abstract
CASE REPORT-7-day male neonate reported in the pediatrics emergency of our institute with yellowish skin discoloration. He was born at 32 weeks, prematurely to a multigravida mother (G4 P2 L2) with birth weight of2.2kg. Neonatal examination at birth revealed filiform adhesion between upper and lower eyelids of right and left eye by a narrow band of tissue arising from grey line. The rest of the anterior segment and fundus was unremarkable.
Pediatric evaluation of the kid reveled bilateral cleft lip and palate, low set ears ,hypospadiasis and hypoplastic nails. The bands b/w the upper lids and lower lids was divided under mild sedations using a vanna sscissors.
