Abstract
A 37 Years old female presented with complaints of defective vision in right eye .On examination, both eyes anterior segment was normal .Right eye Fundus showed orange-red circumscribed flat mass with indistinct margins of 1.5 Disc diameter adjacent to superior margin of disc under the retinal vessels .FA revealed irregular hyperfluorescence of choroidal vessels during pre-arterial phase .A-Scan showed high spikes corresponds to anterior surface of lesion .B-Scan showed acoustically solid lesion with high internal reflectivity without choroidal excavation ,no orbital shadowing, no evidence of serous retinal detachment .No systemic association was found.Colour Fundus, FA and B-Scan findings suggested Juxtapapillary Choroidal hemangioma of Right eye. Patient was advised for periodic follow up.
