Abstract
Introduction :-Clinical effectiveness of healthcare quality can be assessed through clinical audit ,genomic and Artificial Intelligence(AI) applications .Method:-Audits over ten years , across 12 centers pediatric eye disease data for all ocular genetic conditions , squints, ocular plastic & developmental diseases .Co-variates such as autosomal recessive inheritance, consanguinity ,ethnicity assessed using the Fisher’s exact test at P<0.05 significant. The data analysed by AI and changes made. Results : - Genetic conditions like Downs syndrome , CHARGE syndrome ,autosomal recessive disease syndromic pulverulent cataracts , global developmental delay ,myopia ,squints, clefting syndrome all showed ancestry, consanguinity as important (Fisher's exact test two-sided P-value P<0.018). AI and genomics based care improved clinical results by 23.9%.Conclusion:-Any planning in paediatrics in a deprived, ethnically diverse twin city area is aided by use of epidemiologic , genetic ,audit data.
