Abstract

Entire Ophthalmic practice revolves around 20/20. The year 2020 has added many new dimensions and new challenges in our practice. There is a paradigm shift in the outlook for maintaining balance between various factors like Economics, Academics, Personal and family life, HR management, changing statutory Laws of land, worldwide financial crisis and patients response pattern at large. Keeping this in mind this I/C takes care of various aspects of practice management like starting the practice, premises for practice, shopping of equipment, HR related issues, ongoing maintenance, personal growth and ultimate march towards individual’s goal. The HIGHLIGHT of the course will be enough time for panel discussion and audience participation. BENEFIT to the attendee will be clear guideline and resolving problems in current scenario.
