Penetrating ocular trauma is often associated with intraocular foreign body in significant number of patients. In a few cases it might be associated with posterior scleral tear. Management of these cases can be challeging. We present 2 cases where penetrating ocular trauma was resulted in scleral tear extending posteriorly beyond equator in nasal quadrant. Both cases had large IOFB. Video demonstrates management of these cases and discusses treatment challenges in these cases
