Abstract

A very rare clinical presentation of Ectopic Cilia, than previously reported, in palpebral conjunctiva that mimics pencil lead.

Five tufts of hair arranged in circular fashion were removed.

Each tuft contained 3-4 cilia.

Microscopic and HPE examination confirmed cilia as hair.
