Abstract
PURPOSE: how to use curriculum to define objectives? How to design the individual teaching model? How to provide a structured feedback to residents? DESIGN: to provides essential intellectual and clinical information (cognitive, technical/ surgical skills), guidelines and standardized outline for the training. METHODS: The curriculum’s role is to create the environment and conditions that encourage motivation and learning for their residents. medical knowledge, clinical skills, procedural skills, Basic epidemiological knowledge, disciplined patient-centered care, appropriate clinical decisions, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, up-to-date, ethical, and resource-efficient clinical practice, lifelong commitment to learning, creation, application, and translation of knowledge. CONCLUSIONS: curriculum encourages evaluating patients’ problems in detail, using logic and clinical data to arrive at an accurate diagnosis.
