Abstract
A 63 old female presented with fleshy white mass on left cornea associated with diminution of vision since one year . Mass was elevated, papillomatous extending from 5 – 8 o’clock hours on the cornea with size of 15mm x 10mm with feeding vessels. It was treated topically with interferon alpha 2 b 1 MIU/ml QID for 3 months. The mass didn’t resolve and continued to progress in size. Hence surgical mass excision using Sheild’s NO touch technique with double freeze slow thaw cryotherapy with amniotic membrane graft was done. Histopathology confirmed Ocular surface neoplasia – squamous cell carcinoma T3N0M0 according to AJCC classification . Topical MMC 0.04% was continued for one month. There was no recurrence after six months follow up.
