Toric IOL in small pupil often pose a challenge , after implanting the Toric marks go behind the iris and it is difficult to align it in correct axis and leads to complications. Thus , we present a novel toric IOL marker which is very helpful in implanting the toric IOL in small pupils. The marker leaves an indentation mark on the IOL before loading, after it is correctly placed on the IOL with the help of 2 windows to align the already placed marks on IOL.
It thus reduces the manipulation and complications and is a big boon in small pupils.
