Though refinements in the instrumentation has ensured a highly successful outcome, there are situations when the surgeon is faced with a difficult situation.

This video highlights several situations with Intra operative & post operative flap problems which can be prevented with adequate precautions and also managed efficiently resulting in a successful outcome to the patient.
