55 year old male presented with loss of vision in hir right eye. on examination there was ACIOL in place with subluxated CTR behind in the puppillary plane with dislocated IOL over retina with total RD. patient was managed surgically, ACIOL,CTR & dislocated IOL removed & RD was setteled with vitrectomy Sx + ED + FAX + EL + SOI. Postoperatively retina was well setteled with improved vision.
