Posterior segment trauma with No Light Perception at presentation is generally considered as having nil visual prognosis. We present a case of 37 year old female presented after an RTA with NPL vision. After initial wound repair, her vision was still NPL at 2 weeks, when ultrasound showed hemorrhagic choroidal detachment with retinal detachment. She was operated with 23 G pars plana vitrectomy with retinectomy of incarcerated retina with silicon oil. Patient recovered vision of 6/60 with correction. She developed re-detachment which required another vitrectomy to settle it. She is maintaining 3/60 vision with mild hypotony. This case is to demonstrate that despite of no light perception, some visual outcome was obtained with multiple surgeries
