Abstract
Methods: Complex vitreo retinal surgery was performed using MIVS system with successful outcomes.
Results: First case had intraocular pellet which was removed successfully. The second case had a posterior globe perforation with pellet in the intraconal space in orbit.
Conclusion: A successful outcome can be achieved in cases with posterior globe perforation with proper planning and with modern advanced MIVS system
