Abstract

This aims to showcase the real world advantages of using the latest 3 dimensional visualization system for vitreoretinal surgeries. In addition to the much discussed features of greater axial range of focus and ergonomic value, we share the pre and post operative investigations (including clinical pictures, ocular coherence tomography images and B-scan ultrasonography images) along with image sharpness,depth of perception, technical feasibility and intra operative stills to demonstrate crucial surgical steps like delamination and segmentation operated under this system with head up display.
