Both patients had underwent cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, both of them achieved visual acuity of 6/6. Most of the times outcomes after the cataract surgeries are excellent provided that other ocular structures are undamaged. Electrical injury may cause protein coagulation in lens and lead to cataract formation.
