In our institute we have regular opd for cornea clinics where patients with corneal afflictions are evaluated and treated in meticulous fashion we have more than 3000 patients registered for corneal surgery Where as patients registering for eye donation are in figures of more than 10000 Fortunately unfortunately patients relative coming forward for eye donation of their relative is hardly less than 10% of the patients registering for eye donation More scrupulously planned strategies have to be evolved in this perspective Present paper will discuss them in details from ophthalmologist perview
