Abstract
A 64 year old male with non healing fungal ulcer since 4 months was treated with Photoactivated Chromophore Corneal Collagen Crosslinking (PACR-C3R).There was an initial increase in inflammation with pain , increased hypopyon and AC reaction . After 15 days the inflammation subsided with good recovery and healing of cornea without any further complications.
CONCLUSION: PACR-C3R is a useful modality in non healing fungal keratitis, as a second line treatment.
