A 23 year old male patient with a history of migraine presented with acute onset of right sided headache & visual loss OD that was associated with an RAPD & perifoveal lobular whitening. FFA showed extremely slowed retinal retinal blood flow that returned to normalcy after the attack of migraine abated. All investigations to rule out other cause of slow flow retinopathy were negative. The observed FFA phenomenon points to possible migraine induced retinal arteriolar spasm that was evanescent & only observed in the acute phase. Instructive Colour fundus photographs & FFA pictures will be presented
