Abstract
Her past history was negative for any systemic disease, trauma or painful red eye. Her vision recorded was Right eye 6/6 unaided and Left eye counting finger 4 feet with no improvement. The slit-lamp exam and IOP was normal in both eyes.
Goldmann perimetry showed left eye a hemi-central scotoma while right eye was normal.
Fundus examination, OCT and FFA was normal for the right eye while Left eye revealed a well circumscribed reddish
macular area with overlying pigmentary changes. The FFA and OCT findings were abnormal accordingly.
MRI of the orbits and brain was normal.
A rare diagnosis of retinal Choroidal Hemangioma was proposed and its Differential diagnosis is discussed.
