Abstract
A 30 year male presented to Ophthalmology OPD with diminished vision,intense pain, watering OD since 2weeks and no h/o similar episode in past.he is k/c/o TB and on irregular treatment.BCVA-OD: PL+,PR+in 4quadrants;OS:CF 3mts with glasses 6/24.On examination OD shows lid edema;circumciliary congestion;corneal edema with pigment dispersion on endothelium and lens;Grade 0 AC,very shallow with iridocorneal touch;hyphema blood streaks over iris;pupil sluggishly reaction to light compared to OS due to posterior synechae,cataractous lens.NCT can’t be recorded in OD due to corneal edema,digital IOP hard to firm ;NCT OS-16mmhg.On Bscan there was PVD WITH VH?RD.patient treated with antiglaucoma medication along with topical steroids and cycloplegics.On follow-up patient had symptomatic relief;AC irregular depths ,deep on nasal side and shallow on temporal side with iridocorneal adhesions;NVI+;vision retained same and globe is soft. Case taken up by Vitreoretinal surgeon and case followed up
