Abstract

70 years old male presented with watering and pain for 6 months .Visual acuity in RE PL + and LE 2/60 NIG NIP. O/E RE showed mild ectropion with corneal edema , bullae and posterior chamber iol. LE showed severe ectropion with lid eversion and keratinisation of conjunctiva , band keratopathy and cataractous lens . Patient was diagnosed to have RE mild involutional ectropion with pseudophakic bullous keratopathy and LE severe involutional ectropion with grade 2 nuclear sclerosis with bank keratopathy. LE severe Ectropion was corrected by upper lateral tarsal strip with inverting sutures followed by tarsal strip procedure for RE
