Abstract
These are epithelial lined structures found within the subcutaneous tissues or deeper structures and are separated from the normal epithelium.
Here we present an unusual case of an epithelial implantation cyst within the orbit which presented 10 years after blunt trauma from duster to the site
A 30-year-old man presented with a history of swelling in the left eyelid.
The swelling was gradually increasing in size but rapid increase in size was there for last 6 months.
His was giving history of blunt injury with a duster in his childhood to the left side of the orbit.
There was a left superolateral orbital swelling not involving the upper portion of the eyelid (figure 1).
Minimal limitation of ocular movements in left up gaze was noted.
Anterior segment and posterior segments were within normal limits in both the eyes. There was no proptosis in the left eye.
