Abstract
A 56 year old diabetic male patient presented with unilateral recurrent SCH in the right eye with lid edema. Optic disc hyperaemia was noted in the same eye. After ruling out other causes of recurrent SCH, non-contrast and contrast enhanced CT scans of orbit were ordered which were suggestive of right intraconal orbital haemangioma abutting the right optic nerve. Observation until development of visual symptoms was opted for after ocuplastic surgeon’s and neurosurgeon’s opinion.
