Abstract
METHODS -10 years female with Diminution of vision in BE since 2 years. Vision-BE 6/36 -2Dsph to 6/12NIF. REcorneal diameter-15mm, AXL-21.61mm,Kv-42.00, Kh-45.00,ATN-26mmHg
LE corneal diameter-14mm,AXL-21.94mm,Kv-43.00,Kh-44.50,ATN-28 mmHg,
BE-No Angle structures seen.
BE Fundus-Normal.CCT RE-570μm, LE-567μm.
Her Brother 9 years male complains of Diminution of vision in BE since 4 months.
Vision-BE 6/9 -0.50Dsph to 6/6.
BE Corneal diameter-13.50mm,
RE AXL-22.65mm,Kv-42.50,Kh-42.50
LE AXL-22.51mm,Kv-42.25,Kh-42.25
BE ATN-20mmHg.
RE-Angle structures seen nasally and superiorly
LE-Angle structures are seen all over except Temporally .
BE Fundus-Normal.CCT BE- 518μm.
RESULTS -Clear, Enlarged corneas with Angle Dysgenesis in both siblings suggesting autosomal recessive /Sporadic inheritance.
CONCLUSION- Refractive error correction with spectacles and follow up with Glaucoma evaluation is mandatory.
