Abstract
Goldenhar syndrome also known as oculo-auriculo-vertebral dysplasia is a rare congenital multifactorial disorder with an incidence of 1:3500 to 1:5600. Abnormalities are unilateral in 85% cases with male predominance. A 3 months old male child presented with whitish swelling in both eyes since birth. Evaluation under anesthesia revealed limbal dermoid in right and conjunctival dermoid in left eye. Preauricular tags and scoliosis were also present. Clinical diagnosis of Goldenhar syndrome was made. Pediatric and ENT opinion were taken to rule out other systemic associations. This case is being reported here for its rarity.
