Abstract
CASE REPORT: A 14 year old male child presented with chief complaint of diminution of vision both eye since childhood. Vision right eye- PLPR intact in all quadrants, left eye- no PL.The patient had rotatory nystagmus with cataractous lens both eye. Patient having facial asymmetry,cleft palate, skeletal anomaly & neurodevelopment delay. Patient had been operated for right eye cataract and vision was improved.
CONCLUSION: Patients with this syndrome can have multiple eye problems.Early examination and multidisciplinary approach is recommended.
