Purpose: To validate the anterior chamber grading done on the images obtained with a 4-mirror goniolens using DIGS by comparing with the gold standard gonioscopy by SLE

Methods: Gonioscopy was performed by a single masked physician. Gonioimaging using DIGS was performed in masked fashion.The images were then compared to the gold standard slit-lamp gonioscopy by same physician and graded in masked fashion by two physicians

Results: Out 280 images obtained, 250 were found to be of gradable quality. The intra-observer agreement (between DIGS and gonioscopy) was 84.0% with Cohen’s kappa 0.65 which signified substantial agreement. The interobserver agreement between two physicians for the grading of gonio-imaging using DIGS was 92.4% with Cohen’s Kappa 0.71 which signified substantial agreement.
