Abstract
On examination, a soft , non reducible , non tender swelling with ill defined margins noted in medial half of upper lid
A firm to cystic , non tender, non reducible swelling with well defined borders except medially where it cannot be palpated separately from medial canthus is noted in medial half of lower lid with positive transillumination
A boggy swelling of 7*8mm noted in the medial aspect of bulbar conjunctiva
Eyeball displaced 3.5mmlaterally, 0.5-1mm upwards and 2mm axially
Swelling is prominent on valsalva
CT SCAN: showed a well defined extraconal mass along inferior orbital margin and ill defined mass infiltrating conjunctiva along medial and superior orbital margin
EXCISIONAL BIOPSY of lower lid swelling suggestive of cavernous hemangioma .The upper lid swelling suggestive of lympho venous malformation
