Abstract
Introduction- POAG is a chronic progressive optic neuropathy. Both Myopia and raised IOP are known to increase mechanical stress at optic nerve head leading to glaucomatous nerve damage. Aim and objective- comparison between low, moderate and high myopia and IOP and CCT in POAG patients. Material and method- In our study 96 eyes of 96 POAG patients with Myopia divided in 3 groups underwent assessment for IOP and CCT. Results- Odds ratio for IOP and CCT are observed in above three groups. Conclusion- Significant interaction was observed between IOP, CCT and refractive Myopia on POAG
