On levoversion RE adduction-2 with LE ataxic nystagmus,Upgaze-limited BE
Pupil & Fundus OU WNL
BSCAN-showed evidence of cyst within SR muscle.
A provisional diagnosis of right INO with upgaze plasy due to dorsal midbrain syndrome and orbital cysticercosis affecting SR muscle was made.
Conclusion-In such rare cases,a high index of suspicion along with imaging helps us to establish an accurate diagnosis.
