Abstract

55 year old female patient presented with pain, redness, watering and blurring of vision on right eye since 1 month. On examination R/E BCVA 6/9, a pinkish nodule 3 mm size was found at 3-4 mm from the limbus and moving freely with conjunctiva and episcleral tissue.

Topical antibiotics and steroids were prescribed but sign and symptoms not subsided after 4 weeks.

The patient had history of joint pain but RA factor was negative.

She had no history of weight loss and cough but had contact history with TB patient. Finally mantoux test was positive.

Anti TB drug was prescribed, after treatment sign and symptoms decreased.
