Abstract
On examination, 5×4 cm size fungating, hyperpigmented mass with irregular surface and rolled out edges with dilated blood vessels over margin was found. Mass was not fixed to underlying bones. No regional lymph nodes were detected. All routine investigations, Chest X-ray, USG were done and wedge biopsy was taken. USG whole abdomen revealed right hepatic cyst as well as right renal cyst. Histopathological features of biopsy were suggestive of Basal Cell Carcinoma. Patient was operated jointly with plastic surgeon by wide excision with 2 cm circumferential margin and was covered by full thickness skin graft harvested from forehead. Patient was discharged on postoperative day 7 after suture removal and is under follow up.
