Abstract
Reporting this case of a 16-year-old male with swelling and painful diminution of vision in left eye for 15 days. On examination of the left eye, visual acuity was 1/60 with axial proptosis and lateral displacement having circumcorneal congestion with 4mm hypopyon in the anterior chamber. Examination of the right eye was within normal limits. MRI brain revealed expansile invasive left sinusoidal mass with extensions into the brain, orbit and nasopharynx. The characteristic “chameleon eye” appearance of Esthesioneuroblastoma was also seen in this case.
