Abstract
Understanding of retinal disorders has grown by leaps and bounds with the advances in both techniques and technology. However, we still encounter cases which do not follow the typical textbook teachings. This course follows a unique pattern of bringing together the ideas of the young minds with experience of the experts in solving these mystery cases. Young presenters from renowned tertiary care ophthalmology institutes in the country bring forth their top two challenging retina cases from the past year and describe the challenges they faced in the management of the case. The panel of experts along with active audience participation then discuss what different could have been done to try and solve the mystery. Each case presentation will be for 4 minutes followed by 5 minutes of panel discussion. At the end of the course a single page e-summary of each case will be provided to the audience with pertinent take home points and references from the panel discussion.
