Abstract
Cataract surgery techniques have become evolved and fairly standardised to give a predictable outcome . With this change in phacoemulsification technology we now also have numerous choice of IOLs for our patient . With patient aspirations increasing to lead a spectacle free life ophthalmologists should have deep learning and understanding about the science of these IOLs and suitability of their use in a particular patient.
