Abstract
The integrity of the capsular bag complex is imperative for IOL implantation for successful outcomes of routine cataract surgery. Often, intraoperatively inadvertently we may lose the stable complex in situation such as rhexis run off, anterior capsular rip, zonulardialysis with nuclear fragments & cortical matter present & posterior capsular rent during any stage of phacoemulsification. Furthermore the surgeon may face unpredictable unique unusual situation where in spite of no zonular dialysis there could be the need of using the CTR (zonular Laxity, pseudoexfoliation and bag bulge) This advanced videobased IC course would demonstrate the novel PC radial sign never shown before, various challenges faced & step by step approach for their management along with surgical adjuvants( CTR,Cionnis etc)for favorable outcomes. At the end of the course the attendee would acquire the knowledge and necessary skill sets needed for the management of the challenges faced for the victorious
