Abstract
A 30-year-old male with Congenital Hereditary Endothelial Dystrophy and right eye posterior dislocated lens. Three 25G pars plana ports made and the infusion was started. Host cornea was trephinated and was replaced with temporary keratoprosthesis (kpro). The kpro was secured with vicryl sutures. Vitrectomy was done and Impalation of the brunescent cataract using MVR blade was done. Superior stay sutures of the kpro were removed and the hard nucleus was delivered. Kpro was replaced with donor tissue. The donor tissue was sutured with 10-0 nylon sutures.
