Abstract

Often we come across cases like hypermature /morgagnian cataract with syneretic vitreous where we see very flimsy posterior capsule .Also in such cases there is possibility of very laxed zonules or zonular dehiscence .Often we get into a complication or a dilemma .Whether we should put the iol in the bag or in the sulcus ,is the matter of concern .presentation of this video will depict various difficulties and dilemmas during surgery and how to deal with them .
