Abstract
Posterior synechiae causes poor pupillary dilation , in young with elastic anterior lens capsule further complicating initial steps of rhexis.
After making incision for cataract surgery filling anterior chamber with high viscoelastic .Synechiae are being broken with blunt iris repositor. Performing rhexis is challenging task in therefore initial nick incision further being completed by vannas scissors and utrata forceps.
After hydro procedure, lens is aspirated with coaxial followed by removal of the cortex .Intraocular lens of appropriate power is inserted in the capsular bag and centred. The incision port are closed by stromal hydration after injecting air.
