Abstract

Phacoemulsification of cataractous lens is generally considered as the climax of the story but our story begin with complication encountered during intraocular lens implantation after a successful phaco. This film demonstrates the management of a broken haptic observed after IOL implantation further complicated by a posterior capsular rent.
