Abstract
This video describes a technique of cataract surgery where eye drop usage is minimal both preo and post operative. Dilation and anesthesia is taken care of with a cocktail of lignocaine and phenylephrine and post operative drops minimised with a TRANZONULAR INJECTION OF MOXIFLOXACIN AND TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE at the end of cataract surgery . The need for post operative eye drops is minimised. The results of a pilot study of the minimal use of postoperative medication is also presented.
