Abstract
A video to demonstrate the unusual case of an ocular Thalaziosis, reported to us for mass lesion adjacent to right Lacrimal Sac area. She had a mass lesion, like encysted mucocele of Lacrimal sac, without any epiphora. Sac syringing was done to confirm the patency of NLDO. So the question was how is it possible? CT scan orbit showed a sac like structure, and radiologist inter pretated as Lacrimal Sac mucocele .The mass was removed by Transcutaneous medial Orbitotomy approach just above the medial to the anterior lacrimal crest . Surprisingly moment we bisect the cystic mass, a warm comes out and start swimming on bowl, histologically proved adult size Thelazia.
