Abstract

The visual rehabilitation in post keratoplasty eyes is a big challenge. Development of cataract is a common ailments associated in post keratoplasty patients. Management is a big challenge in these patients because of preoperative challenges like specular count / IOL power / IOL choice etc. Similarly intraoperative challenges are also there due to synechias / opacities / low endothelial count etc. Even the postoperative management is very pertinent to prevent graft rejection and to get proper visual rehabilitation. The video will tackle these important issues so that surgeons facing these challenges can tackle them with full confidence.
