Abstract
Urrets-Zavalia syndrome (UZS) is a clinical entity reported after various intraocular surgeries that leads to a fixed dilated pupil. The video demonstrates the application of the technique of Single pass four-throw pupilloplasty in patients with UZS for correction of pupil size for symptomatic relief of glare. Surgical pupilloplasty can be employed for cases with UZS and SFT helps to prevent the postoperative glare and narrows down the pupil size effectively. SFT also helps to alleviate the anterior chamber angle crowding in patients with UZS by mechanically pulling the peripheral iris centrally as demonstrated on AS-OCT.
